Uongozi & Idara

Musa Erasto Nzumbi alichaguliwa kuwa Mwenyekiti wa South Nyanza Conference (SNC) ya Kanisa la Waadventista wa Sabato mwezi Septemba 2025 wakati wa Mkutano Mkuu wa Konferensi ulioofanyika jijini Mwanza.

Baada ya kuhitimu shahada ya kwanza ya Theolojia, alianza rasmi huduma ya kichungaji mwaka 2008 kama Mchungaji wa Shule ya Parane High School, nafasi aliyohudumu hadi mwaka 2010. Mwaka 2011 alihudumu kama Mchungaji wa Mtaa wa Njiro na Sanawari (Mjinikati) jijini Arusha. Mwaka 2012 alichaguliwa kuwa Mkurugenzi wa Huduma Binafsi na Utume wa Maeneo Mapya North-East Tanzania Conference (NETC), na baadaye kuwa Mkurugenzi wa Uwakili mwaka 2013-2015.

Mwaka 2015 (Septemba) alichaguliwa kuwa Katibu Mkuu wa NETC, nafasi aliyohudumu hadi mwaka 2021 (Mei) alipoteuliwa kuwa Mwenyekiti wa North-East Tanzania Conference. Alilihudumia jimbo hilo hadi Septemba 2025 alipochaguliwa kuwa Mwenyekiti wa South Nyanza Conference, nafasi anayohudumu nayo hadi sasa.

Mch. Nzumbi ni Mwanafunzi anayeendelea wa Shahada ya Uzamivu (PhD in Leadership) wa Chuo Kikuu cha Adventist University of Africa, Nairobi, Kenya. Pia ana Shahada ya Uzamili ya Master of Arts in Pastoral Theology (MA PTh) kutoka Adventist University of Africa, Nairobi, Kenya, na Shahada ya Kwanza ya Bachelor of Arts in Theology kutoka University of Eastern Africa Baraton kupitia University of Arusha Campus, Tanzania.

Ameshiriki pia katika mafunzo mbalimbali ya kitaaluma na uongozi, ikiwemo Research Conference ya “The Global Ethics Crisis: Implications for the Adventist Church in Africa” mwaka 2014 pamoja na mafunzo ya Employment, Labor Relations and Working Policy Advisory mwaka 2016.

Mch. Musa Erasto Nzumbi ni mhudumu wa Injili aliyewekewa Mikono mwaka 2013. Amefunga ndoa na mke wake Priscillah, na Mungu amewabariki watoto watatu: Ivan, Ian, na Ines.

Pia ameandika machapisho mbalimbali ikiwemo makala ya “Risase, Petro Kime (1890–1982)” iliyochapishwa mwaka 2021, pamoja na Project Paper yenye kichwa “A Strategy to Increase Number of Tithe and Offering Givers in Njiro District of the SDA Church in Arusha, Tanzania” iliyochapishwa mwaka 2017.

Mchungaji Khalid Sadiki Juma ni aliyewekwa mikono wa Kanisa la Waadventista Wasabato na kwa sasa anahudumu kama Katibu Mtendaji wa Konferensi ya South Nyanza. Ni kiongozi wa kiroho, mwanatheolojia, na mwalimu mwenye shauku ya kuhubiri Injili, kuendeleza elimu ya Biblia, na kulitumikia kanisa kwa uaminifu.

Ana Shahada ya Kwanza ya Theolojia kutoka Chuo Kikuu cha Bugema, Kampala, Uganda. Kwa sasa anaendelea na masomo ya Shahada ya Uzamili ya Masomo ya Kibiblia na Kiteolojia, akijikita katika Lugha za Kibiblia, katika Chuo Kikuu cha Waadventista Afrika (Adventist University of Africa), Nairobi, Kenya.

Katika huduma yake, Mchungaji Khalid amehudumu katika maeneo mbalimbali kwa uaminifu na kujitoa. Alianza kama mmishonari wa maeneo mapya huko Kondoa, Dodoma, Tanzania. Baadaye alihudumu kama mchungaji wa mtaa katika maeneo ya Mwadui na Kahama, mkoani Shinyanga, Tanzania. Kuanzia mwaka 2020 hadi 2025, alihudumu kama Mkurugenzi wa Idara ya Huduma za Binafsi na Shule ya Sabato katika Nyanza Gold Belt Field.

Mchungaji Khalid ni mzaliwa wa kwanza katika familia ya Bw. Sadiki Juma Mwinyikondo na Bi. Bibie Ali Said. Amebarikiwa kuwa katika ndoa na Halima Dhahabu, na pamoja wamejaliwa watoto watatu wa kiume: Hanan, Hananiah, na Hananel.

Kupitia huduma, uongozi, na taaluma yake, Mchungaji Khalid Sadiki Juma anaendelea kumtumia Mungu katika kanisa, kuelimisha waumini, na kuendeleza utume wa Mungu katika Afrika na kwingineko.

The Ministerial Association serves pastors, pastors' families, local church elders and company leaders. As well as nurture, support and training, the Ministerial Association is also heavily involved in the planning of ministerial training and recruitment.

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." (Matthew 28:19,20) While we should engage in numerous activities as we respond to human need as Jesus did, our principal task is to "make disciples."

The Sabbath School provides the opportunity for Church members locally and internationally to meet and study God's Word. It provides a sense of fellowship and community.

'God loves a cheerful giver'. Seventh-day Adventist Church does not believe that enforced giving has any merit. In fact it believes that such giving is contrary to the spirit of Christianity. Seventh-day Adventists are people who love freedom.

Foster spiritual growth and renewal among women. Affirm that women are of inestimable worth by virtue of their creation and redemption, and equip them for service in the church.

To lead young people into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ and help them embrace His call to discipleship.
